We can do as much or as little as you need! We can help plan your whole wedding from start to finish or just help with the parts you find overwhelming or uninspiring. We also offer on the day coordinator to take the stress away from you and family.
Another popular option we offer is the set up and pack down of your own decorations if you are having a DIY wedding.

On The Day
An on the day coordinator is becoming a really popular option. Our aim with this is to keep you stress free! On the day we oversee the vendors’ set-up of the space and ensure everything goes smoothly, while keeping problems away from you. We’ll meet before the wedding, get you to give us your timeline, floor plan, and pictures of how you want everything to look. We will make contact with the venue and suppliers prior to the wedding to let them know we are the point of contact, then it’s all down to us!
Prices and overview are as follows:
– Ceremony only coordination $450 plus travel: arriving two hours prior to ceremony, overseeing vendors, assisting guests until ceremony finishes.
– Ceremony & partial reception $600 plus travel: overseeing ceremony and reception set up, assisting guests until ceremony finishes and reception set up is complete.
– Full coordination $750 plus travel: Overseeing set up of ceremony and reception, assisting guests and staying about an hour into the reception when we know everything is running smoothly.
Deluxe Coordination $1250 plus travel: Unlimited advice regarding venue, decorations,and budget, including cost saving techniques. Vendor recommendations, venue walk-through and preparing a detailed timeline and floor plan, plus full coordination. Up to five meetings, face to face or over the phone.
For an extra fee we can also set up your decorations.
Have you planned your day but just need someone to set up and/or pack down your decorations? Don’t ask a family member or friend; let them enjoy your special day!
Jem Wedding Planners offer this service, which gives you peace of mind that your day is in the hands of the professionals, ensuring everything is set up just as you imagined.
We will meet with you prior, obtain a copy of your floor plan and any pictures you may have of the set up. We then contact the venue and arrange a time that is suitable to set up, taking the stress off you.
When providing a pack down service, we are able to store your decorations at our residence if you are unable to collect them from the venue, which gives you flexibility after your big day to relax for a few days without having to worry.
We can plan your entire day from start to finish including booking vendors, making appointments, managing your budget, finding your perfect venue, on the day coordination, set up and pack down.
Don’t need a full planning service? That’s ok too! Whether you just need us to book a few vendors, source furniture or do the general running around, no job is too small!
